Uses of Zyprexa
 
Zyprexa is also known by the generic name Olanzapine


USES:
This medication is used to treat certain mental/mood conditions (such as schizophrenia, bipolar mania). It may also be used in combination with other medication to treat depression. It works by helping to restore the balance of certain natural chemicals in the brain (neurotransmitters).

Some of the benefits of continued use of this medication include feeling less nervous, better concentration, and reduced episodes of hallucinations.

Geodon is also known by the generic name Ziprasidone Hcl


USES:
This medication is used to treat certain mental/mood disorders (schizophrenia or manic/mixed episodes associated with bipolar disorder). It may be used after other medications have not been effective. Ziprasidone is a psychiatric medication (anti-psychotic type) that works by helping to restore the balance of certain natural substances (neurotransmitters) in the brain.

This medication can make you feel less nervous and improve your concentration. It helps you to think more clearly and take a more active part in everyday life.
