Using SURVEYOR Health's Medication Risk Maps can help you analyze your medications, including prescription drugs, herbs, vitamins, supplements and minerals, to help you identify, diagnose and resolve drug interactions and combined side effect risks.
Enter your medications
When you enter your medication list directly into SURVEYOR Health, or you transfer them from an online Personal Health Record site, we automatically generate a personalized risk assessment of your medications. This risk assessment is shown in your Medication Risk Maps.
Understand your risks
Presented in tables that are easy to view, search and sort, your Medication Risk Maps show you the big picture of your medication interactions and side effects, including the combined risks of all your medications, herbs, vitamins, supplements and minerals, in addition to those listed as having interactions with each other.
Search on your symptoms
Search your Side Effect Risks Map for any symptoms you are experiencing and it will show you which of your medications are more likely responsible for these symptoms.
Play "What if" with replacement medications
By using the Edit menu on any medication, you can find replacement medications and see how your risks would be different if you replaced a problematic drug with an alternate. This is a great way to talk to your doctor, with an understanding of the risks and and idea of what medication may be safer for you.
