Erick has over 20 years of experience as an innovator and Chief Architect for Government and Defense contracts, where he first applied SurveyorAI in real-time battle theater operations. As the CEO, CTO, and Chief Architect of Surveyor Health, he leverages his experience and expertise to advance AI systems in healthcare, optimizing complex drug regimens and identifying high-risk patients who benefit most from medication management. He also leads the company's technology evangelism and is currently developing Generative AI architectures to enable pharmacists to manage larger patient populations more effectively while providing physicians with patient-specific options.

Linda Von Schweber

President & Co-Founder

Linda has over 20 years of experience in advanced technology design and management for Government and Defense contracts, where she led the coordination of eight companies and university research groups on various government programs. As the President of Surveyor Health, she oversees project management and client delivery, ensuring seamless execution. Linda also designed the platform’s innovative interface, capable of handling up to 60 medications simultaneously for patient reviews. By organizing data in an intuitive, spreadsheet-like format, her design makes the impossible possible: reducing complex medication review time from 4 hours to just 30 minutes, significantly improving efficiency and driving cost savings for clients.

Shawn Kessler

VP of Engineering

Shawn has over 20 years of experience as a software architect, developer and data scientist. He was also the lead author of Surveyor Health's JMCP study. As the VP of Engineering, he ensures patient data security and privacy, along with system product availability are top priorities while also working with clients to develop an ever-evolving array of innovative features on the Surveyor Health platform. Shawn also administers Surveyor Health's Amazon Web Services infrastructure and works with a team of DBAs.

Director of Pharmacy Services

Jenny has over 12 years of clinical experience and has led several successful clinical programs, including Preveon Health's Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM) Program for Surveyor Health's JMCP study. As the Director of Pharmacy Services, she now focuses on aligning the client's clinical team with Surveyor Health's team of engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration while providing program support. In addition, she is instrumental in advancing Surveyor Health's clinical platform by helping design and implement innovative features, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the client and healthcare landscape.
