SurveyorAI Platform
Unified Clinic to Cloud
We’re AI Point-of-Care clinical workflows.
We’re deep AI analytics in the cloud.
And everything in between.
No one else crosses the chasm.

SurveyorAI is proprietary artificial intelligence that supports the efficient design, modeling, assembly, simulation, prediction, monitoring and optimization of complex dynamical systems.
Populations, individuals, care plans and medication regimens are all complex systems.
SurveyorAI also employs probabilistic inference (Bayesian) to model and predict the
behavior of these complex systems and the space of meaningful changes to them.
Tradeoffs across factors are analyzed statistically and through a multidimensional optimization process, informing stratification, segmentation and prioritization of members, as well as individualized care plans.
Each patient is a complex dynamical system.
To build the complex systems that represents each patient we analyze available data including medication fills, labs, diagnoses, allergies, utilization history and more.

Medication risk data from FDB (First Databank), is uniquely applied by SurveyorAI to probabilistically model patient risks for population stratification and to provide decision support during remote interventions to better inform medication treatment plan adjustments and to educate patients.
This approach allows the system to uniquely identify the combinatorial effects of medications three at a time, four at a time, even twenty-five or more at a time, etc. that may be duplicative, additive or interact adversely.
“FDB’s collaboration with Surveyor Health combines the power of our well-curated and vetted drug data and Surveyor’s AI-based technology to help keep patients safer and healthier,” said Bob Katter, president of FDB. “By identifying at-risk cohorts and applying this combined technology to telephonic medication management consults, Surveyor Health can identify and address issues such as potential drug-drug interactions and medication adherence gaps to improve health outcomes and lower the cost of care.”
